When browsing the Site and communicating with Foxair, the User is required to communicate a certain amount of personal data, especially when completing the contact form on the Contact page.

In this context, Foxair takes care to comply with the legislation relating to the protection of such personal data, and in particular with the European General Data Protection Regulation n°2016-679 of April 16, 2016, known as the “RGPD”, and the law of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as amended, in particular by the law known as “LIL3” n°2018-493 of June 20, 2018 and its implementing decree as well as the rewriting ordinance n°2018-1225 of December 12, 2018.
