When should an adiabatic unit be used?
Adiabatic cooling is ideal for premises where conventional air conditioning is not sufficiently effective, i.e. very large premises such as :
- industrial buildings: factory workshops or warehouses
- perennial and temporary event structures: enclosed trade fairs, marquees, pagodas, barnums, etc.
- covered tunnels and large agricultural greenhouses;
- car dealership garages, etc.
FoxAir air fresheners
Adiabatic cooling is provided by bio-air conditioners that can treat surfaces ranging from 90 to 370 m². Since they don’t use refrigerants or chemicals, they don’t pollute and emit very few greenhouse gases. Switch on the air conditioner: warm, dry ambient air is immediately drawn in and redirected to the filter and wet pad, where it is cooled before being re-injected into the atmosphere.
Buy or rent an air freshener: it’s up to you!
To give you a clearer idea of the benefits of FoxAir adiabatic air-conditioning systems, here’s an example: we recently worked for H&A, who contacted us to help them find a cooling solution for their barrel storage facility: tanks rented out to winegrowers. This activity requires fairly precise hygrometry control.
We therefore recommended 3 machines: 2 36EC air coolers and 1 24EC air cooler. Each zone is thus covered and protected from the hot weather that can strike the Bordeaux region.
