Adiabatic operation by evaporation
The FoxAir bio air conditioner operates on the adiabatic principle, i.e. by evaporation. A large-capacity water tank is built into the unit. Once connected to the mains, the process starts: dry, warm air from the building is drawn in, then sent to a humid buffer to be transformed into water vapour.
The cooled air is blown back into the premises. Performance is all the more important when the air is dry and the temperature inside the building is high.
This solution, which uses no refrigerants or other pollutants, consumes very little energy, making it economical and environmentally friendly throughout its lifetime.
