Terms of use

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the Site.

Access to and use of the Site implies tacit and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the User, in their latest online version.

1 – Mandatory information

2 – Site access and availability

Access to the www.rafraichisseur-air.fr website is open to anyone wishing to obtain information about FOXAIR’s activities.
Access to the Site is ensured on a continuous and permanent basis, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond FOXAIR’s control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
Furthermore, due to the nature of the Internet, FOXAIR cannot guarantee that the Site will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3 – Liability

FOXAIR strives to provide users with the most reliable and qualitative information possible.
FOXAIR does not, however, guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information published on the Site. FOXAIR shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by users or third parties as a result of information published on the Site, or more generally as a result of consulting and using the Site.
FOXAIR does not monitor the sites connected to the Site by hypertext links and declines all responsibility for these sites and their content.

4- Confidentiality and personal data

All data of any kind whatsoever has been declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and presented or collected on the site. As a user of the Site, you authorize FOXAIR to use this personal data.
As a user, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data (French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978).

5 – Cookies

FOXAIR may use “cookies”.
The cookie does not identify you by name. On the other hand, it records information relating to your computer’s browsing on our Site (the pages you have consulted, the date and time of consultation, etc.).

FOXAIR reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of these Conditions.
The new clauses will govern all future relations between the parties, and only the new version will be binding between them.
The present Conditions are governed by French law.
